Former British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill once commented:
“Everybody is in favour of free speech.
Hardly a day passes without its being extolled,
but some people's idea of it is that
they are free to say what they like,
but if anyone says anything back,
that is an outrage."
Ironic that anyone who labels a critique on Barack Obama is classed as some hateful person. Can I be blamed for the fact that Obama is thin skinned?
Sir Winston warned us of this problem and it is amazing that a liberal media and President are so intolerant of differing views. Aren't progressives supposed to be pluralistic in their outlook?

60 Minutes hearts Obama
The elders of our generation were brought up around what Fox News currently is a champion of; fair and balanced news reporting, with a concept of allowing the viewers to decide. At the moment all we are getting is nonsense talking points from the mainstream media (MSM) which is slanted so far to the left that even Joe Lieberman would turn away.

The MSM gave up the mantra of neutrality with zeal in order to help elect a community organizing,  freshman Senator from Illinois. Their prejudice was so overt, that they didn't even care about journalistic standards.
Van Jones

CNN - Morgan hearts Obama
From a ‘tingle up my spine’, to ignoring associations like Jeremiah Wright & Bill Ayers, not quizzing Obama on his record or lack thereof, all the way to not even questioning him about why his wife thought America was a 'downright mean country'. Can you imagine if Cindy McCain would've got up and said that about America? It would've been all over the press for weeks; with Michelle Obama it was silence from the gang!

With a massive spending program pushed through Congress to ‘stimulate’ the economy, a huge intervention from government with mortgage rates, bank bailouts and then seeing a colossal Health Care overreach in the name of ‘ObamaCare’ being shoved down everyone’s throats was hard on its own.
The fact that the MSM outlets weren't calling the administration out on any of it, only acted to exasperated the issue and incited the American people to action. This formed the foundations of what is now recognized as the Tea Party Movement.
CNN - Soledad hearts Obama

Instead of realizing after the well attended rallies and demonstrations throughout the country that things had to change, the MSM double downed on their pure distaste for dissenting voices and dismissed them by labeling them all sorts of things from: ‘tea baggers’ to ‘racists’ all the way to ‘extremists’ - Heck, whenever there is a shooting they would blame a conservative or a tea party member, rather than the actual villain.

When the Tea Party ushered in a victory for the GOP in the House of Representatives in 2010, the MSM didn't do much needed soul searching; they attacked the new Congress in anyway possible. They continued to assist with Obama and his agenda and gave no notice to the fact that there was a true grassroots organisation which was changing the face of America.

Time and time again the MSM focused on the messenger, not the story. Some of the more fundamental instances include:

• When the ACORN scandal broke out, it was exposed, not by CNN or the usual suspects but by www.biggovernment.com, a website. The MSM ridiculed the website and didn't focus on the fraud until later on.

• When Anthony Weiner was caught taking lewd pictures and posting it on his Twitter page, it was Andrew Breitbart, not NBC doing the leg work. In that case, the MSM defended Weiner and attacked Breitbart without doing due diligence and checking the story.

• Sean Hannity unearthed Jeremiah Wright - MSNBC ignored it.

• Glenn Beck disclosed Van Jones to be an ardent communist who believed that Bush carried out 9/11 -  The media declared war on Beck and Obama continued to hire Jones.
The Tea Party

• It was the ‘ blogger-sphere’ which disclosed how Dan Rather was lying about George Bush in 2004.

• Matt Drudge was the crucial outlet accurately reporting on the Clinton affair(s). The MSM focused on ridiculing Drudge, not covering the story.

The list goes on and on…..All of the above was uncovered by the ‘new media’ which was driven by the fact that the media wasn't doing its job properly.

So I say, thank you to all and sundry at MSNBC, NBC, CNN and the print media for drilling the final nail in your own coffin and ushering in the rise of the ‘new media’ which is changing America has we know it.

Today is Holocaust Memorial Day.
A massive newspaper in Britain, The Sunday Times, owned by Rupert Murdoch (News International) showed this cartoon on the same day that we remember all those lives lost during the Holocaust.
In all honesty, such ludicrous statements are never acceptable. Period! To publish this today, makes it all the more reprehensible.
The Jews in Europe, must know that it's days are numbered here.  A recently published Study shows growth in European anti-SemitismWe have also had a Liberal Democrat MP accuse "the Jews" in Israel of "inflicting atrocities on Palestinians on a daily basis". Not to mention William Hague, attempting to dictate terms on Israel to make peace with its sworn enemies.

Caroline Glick was correct that it's time to say: Bye Bye London
P.S. I have cancelled by subscription and I would expect others to follow suit.

I saw a tweet over the weekend which was profound in so many ways.
One day, when reality kicks in, the Obama trolls will have a lot to answer for!
The state of black people under President Obama has been abysmal and to quotes the president's spiritual bedrock, Jeremiah Wright: the 'chickens will come home to roost'.

Today is Martin Luther King Jr Day

As today is Martin Luther King Jr Day; it would be appropriate for me to remind you of one of his quotes:
"Peace for Israel means security, and we must stand with all our might to protect its right to exist, its territorial integrity. I see Israel as one of the great outposts of democracy in the world, and a marvelous example of what can be done, how desert land can be transformed into an oasis of brotherhood and democracy. Peace for Israel means security and that security must be a reality".
Obama should take note!

Obama & Biden during Gun Control Press Conference
Wednesday January 16th, 2013 President Obama put forward his solution to gun crime in America. Obama made his announcements through Executive Order.

A couple of Obama’ executive decrees were as follows:
1.        “Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system”.
2.       Propose rule making to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.
I think that if Obama wanted that to be the case, then Congress should say that if you want a background check for the 2nd Amendment, then we require that the national database be used not only for guns, but also before a person can carry out their civic duty, or checks on there legal status. I would also go as far to say that a valid picture ID (no picture, no vote) must be used when registering to vote and when in a polling booth.
Why should a law abiding citizen have to be subjected to a background check and a national database for guns, but not other serious areas of law enforcement.
If the GOP decides to attach the use of background checks on a national database for legal status to his executive decree(s); then essentially Obama and his ACLU, SEIU & NAACP will never allow for that to happen and therefore the bill will not pass.
Obama can’t have it both ways. You can’t be for profiling and discriminating against law-abiding gun holders - but at the same time, be against any form of law enforcement when it comes to checking ones legal status.

Obama today:
“The right to life, especially for children, surely supercedes any other rights?”

So Obama is taking that very particular line in respect of guns. He has a right to say what he wishes under the 1st Amendment and he is hoping for that tactic will have the desired effect in his push for tighter gun control.

But what is important is that Obama is being fair when he talks about ‘the right to life, especially for children’.

Don’t you think that it should be the same for abortion? Yet, Obama is happy to allow funding for late-term abortions.
Don’t they deserve the right to life? Don’t those little ones deserve to see a birthday?

So do me a favour Mr President; the right to life is not only a gun control issue. It is something which is sacred, even upon conception.

Hagel and Schumer
Schmuck Schumer (D) senior United States Senator from New York

We all know about Chuck Hagel and his views on Israel, foreign policy and a host of issues. Click here to learn more
Schumer was purported to be the one to stand up against Hagel’s nomination but not so, it would seem!

Schumer and Hagel met Monday afternoon at the White House with Schumer reporteing back as follows:
"Based on several key assurances provided by Senator Hagel, I am currently prepared to vote for his confirmation; I encourage my Senate colleagues who have shared my previous concerns to also support him."
Apparently it is OK in Schumer’s mind for Hagel to retract from his lifelong views on Israel, abortion and gays- all for a confirmation hearing and preach that he is being sincere.
It’s ludicrous!

On Iran, Hagel has now "rejected a strategy of containment" "and expressed the need to keep all options on the table in confronting Iran. He also assured that he’d "whatever it takes" to keep Iran from a nuclear weapon, including using military force.
His "top priority" would be planning military contingencies tied to Iran.
So, Hagel was against sanctions, but mysteriously he is for them now! Sounds like we have a disciple of John Kerry here! (At least we don't have Kerry working for the Government now...oh wait!)
  • Hagel refused to call Hezbollah a terrorist organization, but miraculously he believes that they are now!
  • Hagel insisted, in writing, that America should open direct talks with Hamas; mysteriously he doesn't support that now!
  • Hagel only now regrets his comments on the “Jewish Lobby”. I also imagine that he regrets saying “Our relationship with Israel is special and historic... But it need not and cannot be at the expense of our Arab and Muslim relationships.”
Shmuck Schumer was honest about one thing that he said:
Schumer's boss is not the American people, but Obama
“I know some will question whether Senator Hagel's assurances are merely attempts to quiet critics as he seeks confirmation to this critical post but I don't think so.”
Schumer is a Democrat first and foremost. The idea of standing on principle and giving Hagel a rough time against the wishes of his boss, Obama is something that he didn't want to do. If he had an ounce of a backbone, then he would've rejected the clear pandering from Hagel and Obama and stood firm.

This should be THE reason why any American who cares about Israel should be backing the conservative candidate.
Schmuck Schumer certainly isn't interested in doing so.

Obama instructed Vice President Biden to lead a task force charged with creating new gun policy in America. This was of course after the horrific shootings in Newtown, CT.

During the lifetime of this task force, or should I say this effort to rescind the 2nd Amendment; VP Biden has met the following:

  • On January 9th - The Vice President meets with representatives of victims’ groups and gun safety organizations
  • Jan 10th - The Vice President meets with advocates for sportsmen and women and wildlife interest groups (the NRA)
  • Jan 11th - The Vice President meets with representatives from the video game industry
  • Jan 14th - The Vice President meets with Members of the House of Representatives

Biden will make his recommendations today (1/15) but what was amazing is that he said after the meeting with the NRA (coincidence?) that he would have his report by the 15th!

On an  issue of this proportion, great care and consideration must be taken. Obama,I am convinced more than ever is going after the 2nd Amendment. His interest is not in avoiding another Newtown, nor is it taking crime rates into consideration.  He is out to appease his liberal, tree hugging anti-Constitution cohorts. The Constitution is being severely violated with his threats of taking executive action.

In the coming days, Obama will take the oath of office where he will say as follows:
"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
The 2nd Amendment forms part of that oath and Obama is violating that sacred oath.

The American people need to wake and smell the coffee here!

Sen. Mitch McConnell (pictured, right) on fiscal cliff deal: “we’ve taken care of the revenue side of this debate”.
Oh, how wrong he was!

“But we can't simply cut our way to prosperity. Cutting spending has to go hand-in-hand with further reforms to our tax code so that the wealthiest corporations and individuals can't take advantage of loopholes and deductions that aren't available to most Americans. And we can't keep cutting things like basic research and new technology and still expect to succeed in a 21st century economy. So we're going to have to continue to move forward in deficit reduction, but we have to do it in a balanced way, making sure that we are growing even as we get a handle on our spending.”
So Obama hasn't really settled on the tax rate – neither has (Princess) Nancy Pelosi........

So Mitch can bask in the glory of claiming to have rid America of the threat of further Obama tax hikes but that doesn't correlate with what the President is saying, nor his record. The GOP caved on ‘rates’ and Obama is now running the table. Well done!

The famed slogan that the “rich are not paying their fair share of the tax burden” is something that propelled him to electoral success. The concept is amazing and can be summarized into the following statement:

Why do bad things happen to good people?
The good people are the middle class who never get a break.
The bad people are the 1% who have gotten away with avoiding taxes for so long.
That's the Obama vision – not only are you creating a dependent society, you are creating a resentful society.
Obama was able to depict Governor Romney in such a way that people were frothing in their mouth whenever the GOP candidate uttered a word. That is purely a tactic of resentment. America used to cherish success, that has changed.
The only issue with Obama’s plan is that eventually people’s money will run out. You cannot rely on a fraction of your population, to prop up a nation of 300 million people. Obama won that argument in 2012 so that essentially means that  common sense died in America with his election.
So while Obama will look to make savings through savage cuts to the Defense Department (with thanks to Chuck Hagel) and through ignoring foreign policy (a-la Bill Clinton) – he is going head on with the following:
  1. Creating jobs - sounds good but when did you meet your job council?
  2. boosting incomes - kind of need a job for that?
  3. fixing infrastructure - SHOVEL READY JOBS!
  4. fixing an immigration system - amnesty for any potential Democrat.
  5. Protecting our planet from the harmful effects of climate change. Thank you Al  Gore .
  6. Boosting domestic energy production - except for the forms which the EPA don't like (all the productive ones).
  7. protecting our kids from the horrors of gun violence. Revoke the 2nd Amendment.
That is all well and good but frankly he has no way to pay for any of that. Do you think that by increasing taxes on 1% will allow you to pay for all of the above? It’s not like our debt is at zero and we are taking a slight gamble; our deficit is over £16 trillion and climbing.

In a press conference (1/14)- Obama said: "So they want us to get our books in order in a balanced way, where everybody pulls their weight, everyone does their part".
What part of a permanent underclass does ‘everyone does their part’ mean to you? It’s absurd and he needs to be challenged on that.
While he attacks the job creators – he use their money to fund his inaugural parade.
While he attacks corporations he'll enjoy their $$$$ on inauguration day.
By the way, people are making a fuss about the lack of women in the Obama cabinet. I would respectfully suggest that Obama hire a few people from the lower classes to join his team. That would be fair don’t you think?
Revenue will always be on the table with this President. We always think that he can act rationally but time and again he has proven otherwise.
America needs bold leadership to take on Obama. It is clear that the second term agenda for this President is not the spread of wealth and jobs for all; but rather the destruction of capitalism, conservatism, ‘Reaganism’, our military and the American dream.
May the lord have mercy over America.

Monday, 14 January 2013

Following the re-election of Barack Obama and the resulting fiscal cliff fiasco, it is clearer than ever that Obama will never pivot from his ‘campaigner in chief’ mode.
We can complain till the 'cows come home' about the sorry fact that we do not have a leader in the White House; who is hell-bent on dismantling capitalism - or we can do something about it.

With thanks to the 1st & 2nd amendment WE THE PEOPLE are as important as ever. Obama may like to refer to the constitution as suggestion, but it is so much more than that to the majority of Americans.

The American people are faced with a constant assault from the Mainstream Media, DNC, Media Matters, Planned Parenthood and President Obama. Values that are sacred are continuously being ransacked and we are being ridiculed at every stage.
Sandy Hook has gone from a national travesty, to a rallying cry for the Mainstream Media to attack our 2nd amendment.
Essentially the average law abiding citizen is being bullied into submission under this administration.

The idea of standing up and calling foul play isn’t going to cut it nowadays the media isn’t listening anymore. What WE THE PEOPLE have to do, is fight back.

We have to realize that Obama is always in campaign mode. Working for the national interest isn't something that gets him to step back and listen.
Remember ObamaCare - How many times did the American people implore the President to start the discussions again?
Obama didn't care about building a consensus and was more interested in ramming the law through against the will of the people. The fact that the federal government was about to take over 1/6th of our economy didn't make him stop.

The last form of 'checks and balance' is the Republican-led House of Representatives. Or we thought so until the fiscal cliff. Many were unhappy with the way that Speaker John Boehner dealt his hand during those talks. The fact that he was also purging conservatives from high level congressional committees didn't help him either.
Knowing that we are facing a ‘24/7-365 days a year’ assault from Obama; it is crucial that conservatives are leading the fight against his liberal agenda. The Fiscal Cliff disaster was a low point for America; what compounded it was that Speaker Boehner sold us out.

Obama doesn't deserve the right to be challenged every once in a while; he must be challenged each and every day. For that to happen we need bold leadership in Congress. We need a polar opposite to Obama, who is smart, articulate, a pure conservative, who the people can relate to. That man is Congressman Paul Ryan.

People are bound to say that he should be disqualified immediately because he voted in favor of the fiscal cliff deal. That charge is fair but it would be wrong if we didn't analyse it. Let’s take his statement following his vote of ‘yea’ to the fiscal cliff deal.

“We’ll never get our debt under control unless we tackle its main drivers: too little economic growth and too much spending. Without presidential leadership, it will be difficult to forge bipartisan solutions to our debt and economic challenges.
“Today, I joined my colleagues in the House to protect as many Americans as possible from a tax increase. We also provided certainty by making the lower tax rates permanent. The House has already passed legislation to prevent tax increases for every American family, and it is unfortunate that President Obama insisted on taking more from hardworking taxpayers. Despite my concerns with other provisions in the bill, I commend my colleagues for limiting the damage as much as possible.
“The American people chose divided government. As elected officials, we have a duty to apply our principles to the realities of governing. And we must exercise prudence. We must weigh the benefits and the costs of action—and of inaction. In H.R. 8, there are clearly provisions that I oppose. But the question remains: Will the American people be better off if this law passes relative to the alternative? In the final analysis, the answer is undoubtedly yes. I came to Congress to make tough decisions—not to run away from them.
“Now, we must return our attention to the real problem: out-of-control spending. Washington’s reckless spending drives the debt. And this debt is hurting the economy today. Unless we get at the heart of the problem, Americans will face a debt crisis—one that will threaten our most vulnerable in particular. It is our responsibility to prevent such a crisis.”
To me that doesn't sound like a sell-out . That sounded like he was generally ‘irked’ by the deal having to be made but he voted for best of a bad situation. By voting affirmative to the fiscal cliff, he was adopting the philosophy of Ronald Reagan where he’d rather get 80% of what he wanted, than go over the cliff with my flag flying. (Excuse the cliff pun!)

Everyone was delighted when he was picked to be Vice Presidential running mate for Governor Romney. There is no doubt that he is one of the main leaders of the conservative movement going forward.
He would never purge conservatives from the room, nor would he compromise his core beliefs for sake of it. He would tackle Obama head-on at each turn.

Remember Back in 2010, President Obama convened a televised discussion about his Health Care proposal with members of Congress from both sides of the aisle. Congressman Ryan civilly, but extraordinarily, "schooled" Barack Obama on ObamaCare and how it would NOT reduce the deficit. Imagine him doing that everyday against the White House.

Hand-in-hand, it is vital that the Republican National Committee (RNC) work with Congress in helping the conservative agenda. I am pretty sure that the RNC does very little during off years in the electoral process. Money therefore needs to be poured into getting the message out of about the significance of the constitution, how fiscal sanity is vital and just how conservatism with limited government can make people’s lives prosperous.
Ryan can be the poster boy for that.

The American Conservative Union appear to hold a similar view of Congressman Ryan as they have made him the keynote speaker at the hugely influential Conservative Political Action Conference CPAC 2013.

He is one of the brightest people around in American politics and it is high time that we unleashed Paul Ryan to the American people.

The video below takes to pieces the notion that if America didn't have guns, then the crime rate would be lower.
It is important that everyone watches this video to ensure that they know the facts before jumping to a conclusion. I can assure you that President Obama will not be doing so and is hell-bent on ensuring that America becomes a GUN FREE ZONE.
Some changes do have be made following the Newtown, CT shooting. However it is essential that lawmakers and the public look at all the facts as there are always uninted consequences to any act- however noble the intention.

Alex Jones isn't helping the 2nd Amendment!!

Last night Alex Jones (syndicated talk show host, The Alex Jones Show) went on the Piers Morgan Goodnight show to discuss Gun Control and his petition to have Morgan deported from the United States for his views on Guns in America.http://eaunsdo.blogspot.co.uk/2012/12/piers-morgan-tonight.html

What we saw from Jones, was the most unhelpful television segment I have seen in recent times. The way he conducted himself was akin to how a liberal would, when faced with a tight spot - just scream and attack your opponent.

It is a shame because during the interview some of the content that came out, was actually compelling from Alex Jones. He was correct in saying that gun crimes has dropped 20% in recent years and there is data to say that concealed and carry laws are effective. However the way in which he shouted, refused to answer any question and pivoted isn't going to help the 2nd Amendment at all.

Of course has every right to be concerned about the 2nd Amendment and the threat of restrictions posed by the federal government, however he must know that we are in the battlefield of ideas and it is important for conservative minded people to look, sound and appear more legitimate.

I would respectfully suggest that Jones desist from making an utter fool of himself in future and start helping the 2nd Amendment survive the Obama administration. Some will say that what Alex Jones did was comendable in fighting the establishment and they have every right to do so. But the American people need to be won over on the issues and by ranting and raving on TV, he is putting people off and that must stop.

See the video below:

Obama will nominate Chuck Hagel, former United States Senator from Nebraska, to replace Leon Panetta as Secretary of Defense.

The main job of the U.S. secretary of Defense is to plan, develop and execute policies that concern the military affairs and national security of the country. Also, such an official is responsible for the department's resource management and fiscal and program evaluation. The secretary of Defense runs the entire department from the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), which comprises the official's entire staff. The secretary's staff assists in carrying out assigned tasks in accordance with their job titles. Members of the OSD include the deputy secretary of Defense, director of Defense research and engineering, director of operational test and evaluation and director of administration and management.

At the Defense Department it is of vital interest that the office is adaptable. The threat of Islamic extremism, the Arab Spring and more importantly Iran - indicates that necessity of having a bold thinker at the helm. Chuck Hagel is NOT that person and here is why:

In recent times, the war on terror and tackling the threat posed from Islamic extremism has defined the beginning of the new millennium  More precisely the war in Iraq.
Like most, Hagel supported the intervention, but when the going got tough, he wilted away. The death toll was rising and sectarian violence was tearing the country apart. In January 2007, Hagel openly criticized President Bush's surge of troops to Iraq. Bush offered a bold solution for victory, Hagel wanted to ‘cut and run'. He called the surge "the most dangerous foreign policy blunder in this country since Vietnam, if it's carried out”. He also compared Iraq to Vietnam.
I am not sure he has ever admitted to his error in judgement on that.

Contrary to what Obama and Clinton want you to believe, the threat of Islamic extremism is alive and well (unfortunately) in the world, especially Benghazi. America needs a Defense Department that knows that it cannot 'cut and run' when it gets difficult. It is of vital national security interest that a proven military man is at the helm at the Pentagon. With sequestration and the continual threats to diminish our military, it is essential that Obama nominate a bold thinker, not just a body to suit whatever political agenda he may have.

I know that there is going to be bipartisan issues against his nomination. The gay rights groups don’t want him for calling President Bill Clinton's nominee for ambassador to Luxembourg, James Hormel, as "openly, aggressively gay". Supporters of Israel don’t like him either following his assertion that the Israel Lobby in Congress was intimidating. He also had issues with the 2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict.
The Israel issue is more important due to the strategic nature of the country and its status as the only ally in the region.

Chuck Hagel is a Republican in Name Only (RINO)! That is why Obama is going to nominate him. He has endorsed liberals over conservatives at most junctures since the ‘age of Obama’ and was even a tip to be his VP pick. More importantly it comes down to whether he can get the job done and I am absolutely convinced that he would be a disaster. His views on Iraq should have disqualified him immediately from the process.
The fact that Obama is going all the way in this nomination is pure ‘tokenism’ and I am sick and tired of it.

Perhaps Obama should have nominated John McCain for the post. But by nominating Hagel, the President is playing politics with our military and that is reckless!

The Obama apology tour Part II......

The below video is astounding and another indictment against the Obama administration. If you still think that Obama is responsible with our money, then you need to watch this report.
America, under his Presidency is heavily in debt and he is spending money as if never will run out. What is fascinating is that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (pictured) is authorizing such ludicrous expenditure from her State Department.

When you see what Clinton is spending OUR money on; you can't feel anything but sick when you see folks suffering in New Jersey without basic essentials, following Hurricane Sandy.

This video needs to be sent to everyone. The message needs to be sent to Hillary Clinton that America must never pay to fix any Mosque. Taxpayers money is precious and it needs to be spent wisely, such as to pay down the deficits, not to double down on this world apology tour.
